Chocolate Muffins

Very easy to prepare chocolate muffins, recipe with blackberry and blackberry syrup, decorated with a sprig of lemon balm.

• Flour – about 200 g
• Cocoa – 80 g
• Softened butter – 250 g
• Brown sugar – 200 g
• Eggs – 4 pcs.

Instructions

1. Mix: about 200 g flour, 80 g cocoa, 250 g softened butter, 200 g brown sugar and 4 eggs.
2. Bake chocolate muffins at about 200 degrees, readiness to determine with a wooden skewer.
3. If you cover the blackberries with sugar, then after an hour or two the juice will stand out. Add more sugar to the juice and boil until thick. Pour the syrup over the cupcakes.
