Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking soda
  • 7 g bakin powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g suar, brown
  • 80 ml oil
  • 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing)
  • Chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. Switch on the oven to 160 ° hot air.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate) in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and mix well with the sugar, oil, flavor and buttermilk, add the flour mixture and stir with the whisk until everything is moist.
  4. Divide the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
