Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 90 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking soda
- 7 g bakin powder
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 g suar, brown
- 80 ml oil
- 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor
- 250 ml buttermilk
- Cake icing, (chocolate icing)
- Chocolate, white

- Switch on the oven to 160 ° hot air.
- Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate) in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and mix well with the sugar, oil, flavor and buttermilk, add the flour mixture and stir with the whisk until everything is moist.
- Divide the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
