Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate) in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the egg and mix well with the sugar, oil, flavor and buttermilk, add the flour mixture and stir with the whisk until everything is moist.
Divide the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
Dip the muffins in chocolate icing and then sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
