Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C - 180 ° C. Line baking trays with parchment paper
  2. Finely grind the oat flakes in a food processor or similar. Place in a bowl with flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix.
  3. Put butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice in another bowl and stir well. Then add the eggs and stir everything until fluffy.
  4. Now add the flour mixture to the dough and stir in well. Crush the chocolate chips. Add together with the nuts and stir in briefly.
  5. Place piles of dough on the baking sheet with a spoon - leave space, the cookies will spread apart.
  6. Bake the cookies for about 16-18 minutes (they are then still soft). Let cool down a little.
  7. Keep canned for weeks.
  8. Notes: I`ve tried many chocolate chip recipes, this is some of the best.
  9. According to the recipe, there should be 24 cookies, but for me there are more and more, although I make large cookies, for me it`s usually 3 trays.
