- 50 g oatmeal

- 150 g nuts (pecan or walnuts), rouhly chopped

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C - 180 ° C. Line baking trays with parchment paper
- Finely grind the oat flakes in a food processor or similar. Place in a bowl with flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix.
- Put butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice in another bowl and stir well. Then add the eggs and stir everything until fluffy.
- Now add the flour mixture to the dough and stir in well. Crush the chocolate chips. Add together with the nuts and stir in briefly.
- Place piles of dough on the baking sheet with a spoon - leave space, the cookies will spread apart.
- Bake the cookies for about 16-18 minutes (they are then still soft). Let cool down a little.
- Keep canned for weeks.
- Notes: I`ve tried many chocolate chip recipes, this is some of the best.
- According to the recipe, there should be 24 cookies, but for me there are more and more, although I make large cookies, for me it`s usually 3 trays.
