Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites very stiff, and gradually beat the sugar underneath. Carefully fold in the sifted cocoa and chopped chocolate. Place two teaspoons of walnut-sized heaps on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 130-150 degrees (gas level 1-2).
