Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a small saucepan. Melt the chocolate in it, stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Peel and quarter the pears.
  3. Spread over 4 plates and pour chocolate sauce over them. Finally, sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
