Ingredients
- 3 large pear (s), ripe
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 bar dark chocolate
- Desiccated coconut

- Put the cream in a small saucepan. Melt the chocolate in it, stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Peel and quarter the pears.
- Spread over 4 plates and pour chocolate sauce over them. Finally, sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
