Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down a little. Melt the butter and let it cool down a bit.
  2. Mix the egg, sugar and butter with the electric mixer until creamy. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cocoa and chocolate. Chill the dough for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cut off about 1.5 teaspoons from the dough and press flat. Place 1 rolo on each and cover with the dough, form balls out of it (the dough must enclose the rolo!). Now chill the dough balls for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the balls 3 cm apart on a baking sheet, bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 160 ° C fan oven or 180 ° C top / bottom heat. After this time, the cookies are still soft, but will firm as soon as they have cooled down on the baking sheet.
