Instructions

  1. Finely chop the dates with the nuts in a powerful kitchen machine with chopping knives. Add the flour and cocoa and continue mixing. Now knead in the butter and the egg. Pour the batter into a freezer bag, press it flat and let it rest in the refrigerator.
  2. Shape the dough as you like. The thickness should be between 5 mm and 10 mm.
  3. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about seven minutes. Take the biscuits out of the oven while still soft and let them cool down.
  4. The ingredients make about two trays of biscuits. Bake each tray separately.
