- Put the milk and 200 ml cream in a saucepan and add the chocolate in pieces. Whether milk or dark chocolate is up to you.
- Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. The chocolate melts by itself.
- Mix the remaining 200 ml cream, egg yolk and cornstarch well in a shaker.
- When the milk boils, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream, egg yolk and starch mixture vigorously.
- Put everything on the stove again and let it boil briefly.
- Finally, place the pudding in dessert bowls or in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours. But also tastes very good warm!
