Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then beat the egg and yolk until frothy. Add the cream, the Baileys (alternatively, flavor to taste) and the orange zest.
  2. Fill in 2 cream chargers and then pour the mixture into the Isi Whip - I then cooled it down a little in cold water. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  3. Then serve in a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles or lemon zest and serve.
  4. Note: I used couverture instead of chocolate, which made the recipe very sweet. Next time I`ll use plain chocolate.
