Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a water bath and then let it cool down to room temperature. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar on high for about 5 minutes to a frothy mass.
Slowly stir the cooled dark chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
