- First separate the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses. Put the foam mixture in a bowl and smooth it out.
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and stir in the quark. Pull the cream and quark mass into the foam mass and finish the cream.
- Now layers: first the cream, then a layer of red jelly, then the cream again - the last layer consists of the cream.
