- 20 chocolate kisses
- 250 g quark (40%)
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 500 ml red fruit jelly, homemade
- 1 pack cream stabilizer

- First separate the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses. Put the foam mixture in a bowl and smooth it out.
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and stir in the quark. Pull the cream and quark mass into the foam mass and finish the cream.
- Now layers: first the cream, then a layer of red jelly, then the cream again - the last layer consists of the cream.
- Now chop up the waffle bases and then sprinkle over the mass.
- Tip: You can also leave a few chocolate kisses whole, then chop them up and then use them to decorate the cream.
