Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate kisses
  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 500 ml red fruit jelly, homemade
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. First separate the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses. Put the foam mixture in a bowl and smooth it out.
  2. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and stir in the quark. Pull the cream and quark mass into the foam mass and finish the cream.
  3. Now layers: first the cream, then a layer of red jelly, then the cream again - the last layer consists of the cream.
  4. Now chop up the waffle bases and then sprinkle over the mass.
  5. Tip: You can also leave a few chocolate kisses whole, then chop them up and then use them to decorate the cream.
