Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter in a water bath over low heat, remove from the heat and let cool down.
  2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar to a light, foamy mixture, then add the melted chocolate and chocolate liqueur while stirring constantly.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Spread between six ceramic or metal molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath over low heat and remove from the stove. Pull 6 beautiful strawberries through the liquid chocolate, place them on a flat plate and place in the refrigerator and let them set.
  5. Prepare the remaining strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Puree in a blender.
  6. Put a strawberry mirror on a dessert plate and top it with the chocolate dessert. If it is difficult, soak the molds in hot water for a few seconds. Decorate with a chocolate strawberry and a little crème fraîche.
