- Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy, add grated or chopped chocolate, crushed meringue and rum to taste, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Beat a loaf pan with foil and pour in the mixture, cover with the protruding foil and freeze in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
- Put in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
- Marinated strawberries or a strawberry sauce go well with it.
