• 4 egg yolks
• 25 g cocoa powder
• 75 grams sugar
• 200 ml coffee cream, 10%
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 400 ml liqueur (peppermint liqueur)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a mixer or with a blender until foam forms, then stop, let rest for 5 minutes and fill into bottles.
2. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
