Instructions

  1. Separate eggs, whip egg whites and cream separately until stiff, melt chocolate and allow to cool a little. Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water, sprinkle with sugar and beat the mixture until creamy. Stir in the still liquid chocolate. Immediately fold in the cream and egg whites. Let the mousse set in the refrigerator.
