Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate except for 1 piece (this is planed as a decoration) and melt it in the milk (I did this in a water bath). Then put the chocolate sauce in a cool place for about 1 hour.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and then mix well with the cold chocolate sauce, pour the cream into small glasses and decorate with shaved chocolate.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
