Mix the chocolate muesli, desiccated coconut, flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Melt the butter (also works in the microwave), mix with the syrup or honey and add to the dry ingredients. Knead everything with a mixer with a dough hook.
Use a cookie scoop or two spoons to put small portions (about the size of a walnut) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 - 160 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
