Ingredients
- 1 cup muesli (chocolate)
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 120 g butter or mararine
- 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

- Mix the chocolate muesli, desiccated coconut, flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Melt the butter (also works in the microwave), mix with the syrup or honey and add to the dry ingredients. Knead everything with a mixer with a dough hook.
- Use a cookie scoop or two spoons to put small portions (about the size of a walnut) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 - 160 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
- Very variable:
- Instead of desiccated coconut, you can also mix in oatmeal, chocolate chips, ground nuts or even raisins or cranberries. There are no limits to your imagination and taste.
