Ingredients
- 300 g wheat flour
- 250 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 200 g muesli (chocolate muesli)
- 50 g mararine
- 1 bag / s dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- a bit salt

- Warm the milk and mix with the yeast and sugar. Add the flour, muesli, margarine and a little salt and stir. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Knead the dough well again and shape it into a loaf of bread on a floured work surface. Place this on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
