- Clamp parchment paper into the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter). Spread the edge well with butter.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Melt the butter with the chocolate in a medium saucepan while stirring. Let it cool down.
- Add the sugar and jam and stir everything together.
- Whisk the eggs with the salt, then stir into the chocolate mixture.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in a spoonful.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes (stick test).
- Only take out of the mold after it has cooled down.
- Either dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate and cream icing.
