Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g raw cane suar, (brown suar)
  • 340 g jam, (bitter orane jam)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting OR:

For the cast:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g cream

Instructions

  1. Clamp parchment paper into the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter). Spread the edge well with butter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a medium saucepan while stirring. Let it cool down.
  4. Add the sugar and jam and stir everything together.
  5. Whisk the eggs with the salt, then stir into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in a spoonful.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes (stick test).
  8. Only take out of the mold after it has cooled down.
  9. Either dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate and cream icing.
