Ingredients

  • 80 g chocolate, dark
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 60 g powdered suar
  • 2 orange (s), untreated
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 20 g flaked almonds
  • 40 g flour, smooth
  • 3 clove (s)
  • 15 g powdered suar, for the orane sauce
  • 100 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Grease muffin cups with butter or use silicone molds. Sprinkle the bottom of the molds with a few flaked almonds.
  2. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath, add butter and stir everything. Mix the eggs with sugar, a little grated orange peel, cinnamon and salt until frothy. Add cocoa and continue beating for 1 minute. Stir the mixture into the chocolate. Gently fold in the flour. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. You can stay a little liquid inside!
  3. In the meantime, prepare the orange sauce. To do this, squeeze out the juice of the oranges, rub some of the skin off again and heat the juice with the skin on the stove. Boil the cloves and sweeten with the sugar (15g) to taste. Then whip up the whipped cream vigorously and season with cinnamon to taste.
  4. Take the cakes out of the oven, let them rest briefly, then place them on a plate and garnish with cream and orange sauce.
