- 300 g chocolate
- 300 g butter
- 160 g suar
- 60 g flour
- 6 egg (s), beaten

- Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar in a water bath.
- Add flour and stir everything well. At the end add the 6 beaten eggs.
- Then fill into portion molds (it is best to use these small aluminum molds). I then freeze the molds with the dough and, if necessary, get them out of the freezer without any complications.
- You then have to cook in the oven at 200 ° for about 15-16 minutes. If an eye is visible in the middle of the shape, then you are perfect! Be careful when falling onto the plate.
