  • 5 egg yolks
  • 125 g suar
  • 50 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Bring eggs and sugar to room temperature.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar into the chocolate butter mixture. Fold in the flour. Brush 8 cups with butter and dip in flour, beat out. Fill with the chocolate mass and refrigerate.
  3. If dessert is required, bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 ° C (normal coffee cup size). Be careful when falling!
