- 50 g butter
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 g suar
- 50 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- Butter for the molds

- Melt the chocolate together with the butter over a water bath, then leave to cool for 10 minutes. Beat egg, egg yolk and sugar until light yellow and then add to the chocolate and butter mixture. Finally stir in the flour. Fill into 2 molds with a diameter of 7.5 cm each, spread them with butter beforehand and sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 12 - 15 minutes.
- They`re done when they bulge up slightly.
- It`s best to enjoy it warm - on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
