  • 4 orange (s)
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g suar
  • 40 grams flour

Instructions

  1. First cut off the upper part of the orange and remove the pulp from the orange. Use a spoon to pry the pulp off the bottom of the bowl. You should be careful not to damage the orange peel. Some pulp can remain in the skin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until frothy and slowly fold in the flour, sifted. Finally stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Pour this batter into the hollowed out oranges. Fill quantity about 3/4 of the orange.
  3. Bake the filled oranges at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 35 - 40 minutes. If you want a more liquid, creamy cake, bake the oranges for about 35 minutes, if you like it firmer, leave them in the oven for 40 minutes.
