Thoroughly whisk the eggs with the sugar and milk. Then add the flour, a pinch of salt and the cocoa powder and beat under. Bake the pancakes in a very hot pan.
Peel and slice the bananas. Then squeeze the lemon, mix with the powdered sugar, pour over the banana slices and mix.
Fill each pancake with the bananas by adding a few tablespoons of the bananas to the pancakes and turning them over once so that a crescent moon is formed. Finally sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on top and serve fresh!
