Ingredients
- 3 egg (s)
- 400 g flour
- 750 ml milk
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For the filling:
- 2 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Fat for the pan
- Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling

- Thoroughly whisk the eggs with the sugar and milk. Then add the flour, a pinch of salt and the cocoa powder and beat under. Bake the pancakes in a very hot pan.
- Peel and slice the bananas. Then squeeze the lemon, mix with the powdered sugar, pour over the banana slices and mix.
- Fill each pancake with the bananas by adding a few tablespoons of the bananas to the pancakes and turning them over once so that a crescent moon is formed. Finally sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on top and serve fresh!
