Ingredients
- 200 g flour, preferably whole rain
- 240 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar, homemade
- 2 pinches cardamom powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 large banana (s), mashed
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon oil (macadamia oil)
- some oil, neutral for frying
- maple syrup

- Mix all ingredients carefully to form a smooth dough. Heat a little neutral oil in a non-stick pan and fry small pancakes one after the other. Makes about 14 pieces.
- Stack on two plates and pour plenty of maple syrup over them. Serve immediately and enjoy.
