Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 75 g oat flakes, fine
- 250 ml milk
- 2 medium banana (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- olive oil

- Separate eggs. Mash or puree the bananas. Mix the flour, oat flakes, milk, egg yolks and bananas into a smooth batter. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, add a pinch of salt. Pull the egg whites under the smooth dough so that it becomes fluffy.
- Heat a large pan, brush with olive oil. Put small heaps of the batter into the pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Enjoy it while still warm!
