Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Mash or puree the bananas. Mix the flour, oat flakes, milk, egg yolks and bananas into a smooth batter. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, add a pinch of salt. Pull the egg whites under the smooth dough so that it becomes fluffy.
  2. Heat a large pan, brush with olive oil. Put small heaps of the batter into the pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Enjoy it while still warm!
  4. Of course, honey goes really well!
