- 1 pinch (s) salt

- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking powder

- Mix the eggs, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder with the milk until smooth. Mash and fold in the bananas. Heat the oil in a pan (26 cm) and fry the dough in portions. When it has a nice brown color on the underside after about 2-3 minutes, turn and fry for another 2-3 minutes. The times depend on the heat and the thickness of the dough.
