Roll of Chocolate Pancakes with Cottage Cheese and Banana

I just fell in love with this no-bake dessert! Cottage cheese and chocolate roll with banana. Chocolate pancakes, delicate cottage cheese filling and sweet banana – a great combination of taste!

Ingredients

For pancakes:

  • Flour – 200 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 3-4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Water (boiling water) – 0.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

For filling:

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Sugar to taste
  • Vanillin – to taste

Directions

  1. Cooking chocolate pancakes. To do this, break 2 eggs into a plate, add a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar, beat with a whisk.
  2. Pour in a glass of milk and, without stopping whipping, sift the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, pour in half a glass of boiling water and stir the resulting mass well. At the end, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  3. Fry pancakes on a well-heated side on both sides. Don’t make your pancakes too thin.
  4. At this time, we are preparing the curd filling. To do this, mix 400 g of cottage cheese with sugar. Add sugar to taste. If the curd is cereal, then rub it through a sieve so that it is a homogeneous consistency.
  5. We collect the pancake roll: coat the cooled pancake with curd mass, put the next pancake on top and do the same. Thus, I needed 5 pancakes for this dessert.
  6. Put the remaining curd filling and banana on the last pancake. Gently roll the spring rolls into a roll.
  7. Put the curd-chocolate roll with banana in a cold place for a couple of hours.
  8. Dessert of chocolate pancakes with cottage cheese and banana is ready! If you wish, you can decorate the pancake roll with chocolate, nuts or caramel, sprinkle with coconut, pour over with jam or just eat it! Delicious dessert, I advise everyone!
