- Sieve the flour into a bowl, add sugar and salt, make a well in the middle, add the egg and egg yolk and stir with the flour. Stir in the milk.
- Melt half of the butter and stir into the batter.
- Add orange liqueur or rum.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Melt some butter in a non-stick pan.
- Pour in some batter and bake until golden brown on each side.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips / chocolate flakes on the pancakes.
- When the chocolate begins to melt, fold the pancakes into a quarter circle.
- Lift out and keep warm.
- Bake 8 pancakes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
- To make the whole thing even more chocolatey, you can add 2 - 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the flour.
- Also very tasty with cream.
- For children, leave out the liqueur / rum.
