- Mix the pear pomace with the cocoa and vanilla to a homogeneous puree.
- The puree can be used as a sweet spread and it also tastes very good when it is stirred into (soy) yoghurt.
- Since the spread is made from raw pears, it should be used within 2-3 days and kept tightly closed in the refrigerator.

- Pomace is the residue that is left when pressing juice. This recipe uses pear marc.
