In a saucepan, bring the semolina with the milk and sugar and a little cinnamon to the boil while stirring. Whisk in the nut nougat cream. In the meantime, peel and core the pear and cut into small pieces. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat, add the pear, honey and margarine and sauté briefly on a low level.
