Summary

Ingredients

• 75 g dark chocolate
• 450 ml milk
• 35 g cornstarch
• 10 g cocoa powder, (unsweetened)
• 1 tablespoon, leveled coffee powder, (espresso powder)
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 30 grams sugar
• 20 ml amaretto
• 50 ml water

For decoration:

• biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
• Almond (s), chopped

Instructions

1. Heat milk. Melt the dark chocolate in it. Bring to a boil.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients and stir into the chocolate milk. Let simmer briefly, stirring firmly. Fill into bowls and decorate as required (e.g. with amarettini, chopped or sliced almonds)
