Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarins. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of milk. Add the chocolate in pieces to the rest of the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in the cornstarch, remove from the heat and stir in the egg mixture as well.
  2. Fill into small glasses (I take the elk tealight glasses, then there are 8 servings), leave space for the mandarins.
  3. Let the pudding cool down a bit, then distribute the drained mandarins evenly on the pudding glasses.
  4. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and distribute it on the mandarins.
  5. Garnished with a chocolate leaf, this dessert looks very autumnal.
