Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder together. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dry ingredients.
Then add the milk, oil and the egg and stir everything well. Toss the frozen raspberries in flour so they don`t get mushy too quickly. (No defrosting necessary). Then fold in the raspberries. Then distribute everything in the muffin molds and put in the preheated oven (150 degrees fan-assisted, approx. 20 minutes).
After cooling, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
