Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 2 tablespoon, heaped cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 250 ml milk
- 90 ml oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 g raspberries, frozen, or other berries or fruits
- possibly powdered sugar for dusting

- For approx. 12 muffins.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder together. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dry ingredients.
- Then add the milk, oil and the egg and stir everything well. Toss the frozen raspberries in flour so they don`t get mushy too quickly. (No defrosting necessary). Then fold in the raspberries. Then distribute everything in the muffin molds and put in the preheated oven (150 degrees fan-assisted, approx. 20 minutes).
- After cooling, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
