  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoons (or 1 teaspoon of slaked soda)
  • Flour – 150-200 Grams
  • Raspberry – 200 Grams
  • Cottage cheese – 300 grams (Almette, Buco, Philadelphia)

  1. First, cut the chocolate into cubes.
  2. Grind the butter with sugar until white. Then add eggs and mix. Also add chocolate, mix again.
  3. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
