Instructions

  1. Mix the cocoa with the vanilla sugar, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Add the milk (reserve a little to mix the cornstarch) while stirring and bring to the boil. Whisk the cornstarch with the retained milk, stir into the soup, finish cooking in 1/2 minute in the residual heat and season with sugar.
  2. The soup tastes warm and cold.
