Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined or well-greased baking sheet.
  2. If you take 1 baking sheet it will be brownies, if you distribute the dough on 2 baking sheets you can cut it out into hearts, stars etc. afterwards!
  3. Bake at 170 degrees fan-assisted or 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
  4. Insanely delicious - the kids can bake this simple cake almost on their own.
