For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and work them into a smooth dough. Spread the finished dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and distribute it evenly.
For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything with your hands until you have nice, medium-sized and small crumbles. Then distribute these evenly on the light-colored dough. Now put the cake in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
When the cake comes out of the oven, spread the mug of whipped cream on the cake while it is still hot.
