- Put the water, sugar, salt and vanilla pulp in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the cocoa powder with a whisk and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Can either be given warm / hot over ice or used cold as a sauce / syrup for all kinds of desserts.
- After cooling down, the syrup will be nice and thick.
- Can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator, e.g. in an empty plastic ketchup bottle.
- It`s really super easy and tastes pretty chocolaty. Much cheaper than finished products.
