Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with sugar, rum and 5 tablespoon milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil in a saucepan, stir in the mixed pudding powder and let it boil briefly. Cover with cling film (place the film on the pudding) and let cool down.
  2. Mix the sour cream, double crème and vanilla sugar. Layer the sour cream with the chocolate pudding alternately in dessert glasses. Min. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Chop the couvertures separately and melt in metal bowls over hot steam. Spread alternately on the back of a baking sheet. As soon as the couverture begins to set, use a spatula to cut off the shavings. Decorate the dessert with it.
