Ingredients
- 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate) for cooking
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon rum
- 500 ml milk
- 200 g sour cream
- 125 g double cream
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 50 g couverture, white
- 50 g chocolate couverture, dark

- Mix the custard powder with sugar, rum and 5 tablespoon milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil in a saucepan, stir in the mixed pudding powder and let it boil briefly. Cover with cling film (place the film on the pudding) and let cool down.
- Mix the sour cream, double crème and vanilla sugar. Layer the sour cream with the chocolate pudding alternately in dessert glasses. Min. Chill for 1 hour.
- Chop the couvertures separately and melt in metal bowls over hot steam. Spread alternately on the back of a baking sheet. As soon as the couverture begins to set, use a spatula to cut off the shavings. Decorate the dessert with it.
